Service description

Castload provides cloud-based load testing, performance analysis, customer account management, billing workflows, and related support services. We may update, improve, or modify the service from time to time.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when it changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Castload in violation of applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to Castload or connected systems.
• Use the service to test, target, or overload systems without proper authorization.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, harmful payloads, or deceptive content.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Subscriptions and billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and plan details are presented at checkout or in the applicable marketplace listing. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for charges associated with your selected plan. Third-party payment processors may be used to process payments.

Customer content and data

You retain responsibility for the data, configurations, scripts, endpoints, and other materials you submit or use with Castload. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content with the service.

Availability and support

We aim to keep Castload available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, third-party service failures, or security events may affect availability from time to time.

Intellectual property

Castload and its associated software, branding, design, and service materials are owned by Castload Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Termination or suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to Castload if you materially breach these terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that could harm Castload, our customers, or third parties.

Disclaimers

Castload is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Except as expressly stated by us in writing, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castload Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, or data arising from or related to use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Castload after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
